14‑Day Return Window You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused • In its original packaging • In the same condition you received it

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

Return Shipping Costs • If the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we cover the return shipping. • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
